K-Jack Aero Industries LLC was formed in September 2002 through the asset purchase and the employee retention of RSS Aero Industries Inc. Brea, CA established in 1989.

K-Jack Aero Industries will continue as a leading producer for the machining and assembly of complex aeronautical structural components.

Operations will remain at 1560 Moonstone, Brea, CA through Dec. 2002. Company will then be relocated to a new facility within 30 miles of present location.
